This great news is coming from one of English Department lecturers of Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro Bpk. Dedy Subandowo, M.A. as the participant of Linguistic International course of Language Documentation in Bali. This 3-day course started from 26 - 28 of July is held by Udayana University in the conjunction with Indonesia Linguistic Society (MLI). The participants contributing to this event are selected from all over Indonesia, mostly they came from Bali, Lampung, Medan, Aceh, East Nusa Tenggara, Lombok, Papua, and Surabaya. To whom they were officially announced to participate to this course, the committee awarded £86 (local)up to £231 (outsider). The course mainly discussed "Language Documentation" with the primary keynote speaker Dr. Mandana Seyfeddinipur, the Director of Endangered Language Documentation Program from SOAS, University of London, UK.
